AS OF 7/1/08 BCECU WILL START TO CHARGE LATE CHARGES ON ALL LOANS. On consumer loans, the late charge may be the smaller of $10 or 5% of the unpaid installment amount after a 10-day grace period. On real estate loans over $25000 the late charge may be 5% of the unpaid monthly installment amount after a 15 day grace period .
